We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, without the need to provide a reason.
Free Returns in Poland
For orders delivered within Poland, returns are completely free.
To start a return, please email returns@rysypoland.com. We will provide you with instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
International Returns
For orders delivered outside Poland, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- In their original packaging
- With all original labels and tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed and in their original condition
